One-of-a-Kind & Handmade Products
Each one-of-a-kind piece is unique and made by hand. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thewildbrush.no with your order number and a photo of the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Print-on-Demand Products (apparel & accessories)
Our print-on-demand products are made to order and fulfilled by our supplier. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
